I build the software
real estate runs on.
Dashboards, automation, AI — built hands-on, shipped, and actually adopted. This site is a fresh start: where I think out loud and show the work as it happens.
01 · PROBLEM
Most “digital transformation” in real estate is a deck and a roadmap that expires before it reaches production. Meanwhile the data stays in Excel, the smart-building tech stays unused, and the ESG numbers get reinvented every quarter.
02 · APPROACH
I do the opposite. I build the dashboards that make property data trustable. I automate the repetitive work. I integrate tech in a way people actually adopt — not because I talk a good game, but because I sit in the tool every day.
03 · OUTCOME
Work that lands needs someone who understands the code and the people using it. That’s the part I care about: one operator, real leverage, things that ship on a Tuesday afternoon.
01 · Data
activeReal estate data & dashboarding
Taking property data out of Excel and into dashboards people actually use. Numbers that are trustable, refreshable, and tied to real decisions.
02 · Buildings
activeSmart buildings & digital twins
Smart building tech nobody uses is waste. I integrate it so it actually gets adopted — BIM, digital twin modeling, sensor flows, real-world operation.
03 · ESG
activeSustainability & ESG
ESG numbers that aren’t invented. Measurable sustainability for real estate portfolios, rooted in actual data flows — not a PDF that lives in a drawer.
04 · Change
activeChange management & AI adoption
Tech rolls out — or doesn’t — based on the humans using it. I build adoption into the implementation, not after. Change that sticks.

full log →I’m Noah. I build data and automation tools for Dutch real estate — mostly hands-on in Python, Power BI, and AI tooling. I care more about what ships than what’s on a slide. This site is a fresh start: less résumé, more what I’m actually working on now. If you’re building something real, say hi.
